A compass is a device used for navigation and orientation.

Compass was launched in Singapore in 2023 by co-founders Bethany Woollatt and Melissa Michelini. It is a social enterprise dedicated to guiding families of children with disabilities to thrive in a community that's ready for them. 

 

Compass was created to:

• support and connect families

• remove barriers to community participation

• foster inclusion in the community.

Compass does this through:

• it's online community and peer support for families

• programs, workshops and resources to build capacity

• consultancy and support for organisations.
