Now & Next is an international, award-winning workshop program created to help families like yours. It is run by trained peer workers who are also parents to a child with a disability or developmental delay.

Now and Next runs in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore.

Why Now and Next?

We all want our children to thrive and, by building on our children’s strengths and family's capacity, we can help each other to lead a good life.

No matter where you are on your parenting journey, during Now and Next you will:
 

• learn practical tips that will work for your family

• reconnect with what's important to you

• discover tools that are easy to apply 

• gain insights through shared experience

• access all evidence-based content.

Program structure

Over eight standard workshops, or four intensive ones, you will learn how to:

• achieve more positive outcomes with less effort

• create a vision, and build on your child and family’s strengths to make a big impact

• increase family well-being and resilience

• use strategies that have worked for other families

• work better with professionals and other supports to achieve your goals.

• Four week intensive (4 x 4 hour sessions)

• Eight week standard (8 x 2 hour sessions)
